Privacy notice
This notice covers lumewatch.us and the LumeWatch watch sourcing site, run by Lume Watch LLC, a Texas limited liability company. The Fossick app has its own privacy policy.
What we collect
When you send a watch request, the form opens an email from your own email app, or posts to our form provider if one is set up. It includes what you type: your name, your email or phone, and the watch, budget and condition you are looking for. We do not collect anything else through the site.
How we use it
Only to answer your request, source the watch and follow up about it. We do not sell your information, share it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list without asking.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and our host may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, for security.
Keeping and deleting it
We keep request emails while we work on your request and as needed for sales records. Email us anytime to see, correct or delete what we have about you.
